Behavior modification is the key to success. This means different changes for different people, so the first step is to identify each individual’s goals. Lisa works with the client to understand that individual’s unique needs and challenges. We’re all busy, but each person’s “busy-ness” is different. The key is to create an action plan specific to each individual, to ensure each individual’s success.
Lisa’s approach is based on eating a whole foods diet. Each of us has a remarkable opportunity to make positive changes in our every day eating. Lisa identifies which are the most important changes for each person and identifies the action steps needed to make those changes.
What is Lisa’s background?
While still living a full-time corporate life, Lisa attended graduate school on the weekends, earning a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Following that, she enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education, earning a degree with High Honors in Culinary Arts. This combination of science and culinary training makes Lisa uniquely qualified to address the nutritional needs of busy people.
